Article 1: General conditions
The e-commerce website of Orchidee, a BVBA with registered office at Neerveldstraat 45 in Opwijk, VAT BE 0460.664.391, RPR GlitterDesign, (hereafter GlitterDesign) offers its customers the possibility to purchase the products from their web store online; in Belgium and the Netherlands exclusively.
These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to every order placed by a visitor to this e-commerce website (“Customer”). When placing an order through the GlitterDesign web store, the Customer must explicitly accept these Terms and Conditions, thereby agreeing to the applicability of these Terms and Conditions, excluding all other terms and conditions. Additional terms and conditions of the Customer are excluded, unless these have been accepted in advance by GitterDesign in writing and expressly.
Article 2: Price
All prices quoted are expressed in EURO, always including VAT and all other taxes or duties that are mandatory for the Customer.
If delivery, reservation or administrative costs are charged, this will be stated separately. The indication of price refers exclusively to the articles as described verbally. The accompanying photos are intended to be decorative and may contain elements that are not included in the price.
Article 3: Offer
Despite the fact that the online catalog and the e-commerce website are compiled with the greatest possible care, it is nevertheless possible that the information provided is incomplete, contains material errors, or is not up-to-date. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind Glitter Design. GlitterDesign is, as far as the accuracy and completeness of the information is concerned, only bound to an obligation of means. GlitterDesign is in no way liable in the event of manifest material errors, typesetting or printing errors.
If the Customer has specific questions about, for example, sizes, color, availability, delivery time or delivery method, we ask the Customer to contact our customer service in advance.
The offer is always valid while supplies last and can be adjusted or withdrawn at any time by GlitterDesign. GlitterDesign cannot be held liable for the unavailability of a product. If an offer has a limited duration or is subject to conditions, this will be explicitly stated in the offer.
Article 4: Online purchases
The customer has the choice between the following payment methods:
– via Paypal
– via Mastercard or MisterCash bank card
– by transfer to account number BE80 1420 5590 6377
The purchase is made the moment the customer receives a confirmation email from GlitterDesign. Delivery will then take place as indicated. Digital downloads are made available via a link in the confirmation email.
GlitterDesign is entitled to refuse an order (in writing), due to a serious shortcoming of the customer with regard to the order or any other order or agreement in which the customer is involved.
Article 5: Delivery and implementation of the agreement
All items are sent as soon as possible after receipt of payment and within 5 working days – if the item is in stock, with the exception of the holiday periods where delivery can be made later.
Any visible damage and / or qualitative shortcoming of an item or other shortcoming in delivery must be reported immediately.
Items ordered through this web store are delivered in Belgium and the Netherlands.
The risk of loss or damage is transferred to the Customer from the moment he (or a third party designated by him, who is not the carrier) has acquired physical possession of the goods. However, the risk already transfers to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier, if the carrier has been instructed by the Customer to transport the goods and this choice was not offered by the GlitterDesign.
Article 6: Retention of title
The delivered articles remain the exclusive property of GlitterDesign until the moment of full payment by the Customer.
Article 7: Right of withdrawal
The provisions of this article only apply to Customers who purchase articles online at GlitterDesign in their capacity as consumer.
If the right of withdrawal applies:
The Client has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days following the delivery of the product.
Customers who wish to make use of the right of withdrawal must contact GlitterDesign within 14 days of delivery and return the goods to GlitterDes at their cost within 20 days of delivery of the goods.
