Your order will be prepared after receipt of payment, packaged and sent within 2 working days at the latest. Please note that if you opt for “prior bank transfer” it may take a few days extra because delivery will not be made until you have received the payment. With regard to the personalized items that require manual work, I ask you to take into account a delivery time of two to four working days. Downloads are available immediately after payment via a link that is emailed through and are also accessible via “My account”.
After an order you will receive an order confirmation, Double check the address that you have specified. Because if your order does not arrive due to an error with address input, your package cannot be delivered. You can follow your package via a link that you will receive via mail (letterbox mail has no track & trace code).
You can have your package delivered at homeor at another chosen location. At the checkout page you enter both the billing information and the shipping information.
Or you also have the option to select a “service” or delivery point. Here the opening hours are shown, so that you can make a choice of location and time which suits you best to pick up your package.
There are no shipping costs over € 50 in Belgium
For some lighter items (for example a small package of stones) the shipping costs are only 2 € within Belgium (= depending on weight and value). If you opt for delivery at a collection point, you only pay € 3.5 for orders under € 50. If you do not choose a collection point, but prefer to have it delivered to your home, you pay a € 5 shipping cost.
For deliveries to Germany, a collection point must be selected and the shipping cost is € 9.5.
No shipping costs are charged for orders over € 50 in the Netherlands.
For lighter items, you pay a shipping cost of € 3.50 or € 5 depending on the value and weight for orders under € 50.
For orders less than € 25 you pay a shipping cost of € 7.5. For orders between € 25 and € 49.99 you pay € 7 shipping costs.
If you opt for a DPD service point instead of a door-to-door delivery, the shipping cost will be reduced to € 6.15.
For deliveries to Germany, a collection point must be selected and the shipping cost is € 9.5.
There are no shipping costs for downloads.
You can pick up your package in the store for free if you have prior appointment via telephone or e-mail.
